Please review the product description and select the correct phone model, size, color, or other option before ordering. Product images are illustrative; colors may appear differently on different screens. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Availability may change. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund for an item we cannot fulfill.

Prices and payments

Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping policy explains shipping costs, supplier fulfillment, tracking, and delivery issues. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Your rights concerning delivery under applicable law remain unaffected.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund policy and applicable law. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Do not send returns to a supplier or mailing address without authorization.

Personalized orders

If you submit an image, text, or other material for a personalized product, you confirm that you have permission to use it. We may decline content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights. Restrictions on change-of-mind returns do not remove your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with malkia's.

We are responsible for our obligations to you under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory warranties or consumer protections.
